What You’ll Do:
- Set up and operate all related dies, presses, machines, and auxiliary equipment to produce quality products.
- Record how much time is spent on each job.
- Organize, package, and inspect parts.
- Operate various types of cranes and die buggies.
- Inspect critical dimensions on stamped parts during production.
- Inspect parts for visual defects.
What We’re Looking For:
- Ability to read and understand blueprints.
- Basic math skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be a U.S citizen and be able to comply with U.S. export regulations.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship.
Experience & Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 2 Years of previous manufacturing experience required.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, stoop, kneel, bend for extended periods (8–10 hours/day).
- Lift up to 35 lbs. unassisted and with control.
- Frequent reaching, kneeling, stooping, and manual dexterity tasks.
- Ability to wear PPE and work around industrial equipment.
Work Environment:
- On-site manufacturing environment.
- Exposure to moving machinery and moderate noise levels.
- Frequent movement between departments
