What You’ll Do

Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes (Hermle, DMG Mori, Okuma, Sodick)
Work from blueprints and tight-tolerance specifications
Perform in-process inspections to ensure quality
Troubleshoot and make adjustments to optimize performance
Contribute to continuous improvement and problem-solving
