What You’ll Do as an Assembler:
- Operate assigned equipment and perform basic troubleshooting to support production.
- Inspect parts to ensure they meet process and quality requirements.
- Accurately complete required job and production documentation.
- Follow all work instructions, safety rules, and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain good housekeeping practices and keep work areas clean and organized.
- Comply with all company policies, safety standards, and state and federal regulations.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need as an Assembler:
- Ability to communicate effectively through verbal, written, or other methods.
- Ability to wear required PPE, including safety glasses, ear protection, and safety shoes.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or able to comply with U.S. export control regulations.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus but not required.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, sit, bend, and move throughout an entire shift.
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds unassisted and with control.
- Ability to raise arms above shoulder level and maintain hand dexterity for extended periods.
- Frequent use of hands for handling parts, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to stoop, kneel, and reach as required by the job.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
Work Environment:
- On-site role within a metal stamping manufacturing facility.
- Frequent exposure to large industrial machinery and moving mechanical parts.
- Moderate to high noise levels.
